Community Guidelines & Volunteer Agreement

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or discrimination.
• Be honest about who you are and what you can do.
• Never impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not ask for or offer money, loans, or financial or personal documents.
• Respect privacy. Do not share another member's information outside the platform.
• Keep children and vulnerable adults safe; never arrange unsupervised contact through this platform.
• Report concerns rather than handling them alone.

If you volunteer to help, you agree that:

• You volunteer of your own free will and are not an employee, contractor or agent of Helping Bandhu.
• You will only accept requests you are genuinely able and qualified to help with.
• You will communicate clearly and cancel as early as possible if plans change.
• You will not provide medical, legal, financial or professional advice unless you are qualified and licensed to do so.
• You will follow applicable laws and any local requirements for the help you offer.
• You understand that identity verification of other members is not a safety or background check.

Breaking these guidelines can lead to warnings, suspension, revoked verification or removal. Read the Safety Centre and Terms of Use.
